Profile of Success

Dave joined Prudential SourceOne Realty as a Broker Associate in 1999 as a well-known and respected top-producing agent. In 2002, he was given the opportunity to open a new branch office in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood together with Prudential SourceOne Realty. This office quickly became the most productive in the company. Dave later continued this success with the company's Hinsdale branch office.

A national search, for a replacement of a retiring Chief Executive Officer in 2003, lead the Prudential Real Estate Board of Directors to Dave Hanna, Jim Roth and Bill White. Together they served as the managing partners of Prudential SourceOne Realtyfrom 2004 through 2006.

In early 2007, Dave and Bill handed off their thriving brokerage to new owners and created Prudential SourceOne Realty. Already outpacing the market, the company has embodied the forward-looking attitude that Dave and Bill have so critically believed is a keystone to success in today’s Real Estate industry.

This thriving model makes use of technology, strong sales skills, careful studies of consumer behavior and an array of exceptional tools that allow agents to optimally serve clients buying and selling homes in today's marketplace. Many of these "tools of the trade" are non-existent or underutilized in the day-to-day activities of other brokers. Coupled with a culture of success and a focus on the educated customer, Dave sees Prudential SourceOne Realty agents excelling in their business and consistently giving the company a solid advantage over competitors.

Dave earned his degree in American Literature with a minor in economics from Michigan State University. He has a strong background in real estate brokerage, development and construction. A student of the industry, he is active in the local Chicago Association of Realtors®, National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and Prudential Real Estate Services Platform Advisory Council. He has also been a regular attendee at the Prudential Real Estate Financial Services' exclusive annual CFO conference. Dave Hanna is currently President-Elect of the Chicago Association of Realtors® (CAR board).

Dave has volunteered at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago for over a decade. He and his wife live in the city and are busy parents with four school-age children. Dave and his wife are avid equestrian enthusiasts. When Dave is not working, he can be found with his children, on a horse (or tractor) at the family farm.

William E. White


Profile of Success

Mr. White has been active in the real estate business since the early 70's. While working for a small real estate firm in his hometown in central Indiana and even prior to graduating with honors from Purdue University, Bill sold his first home. Upon receiving his BS in Civil Engineering and MBA, emphasis in Real Estate, he set sail for the big city of Chicago and accepted a job as project engineer and corporate pilot for a large international contractor. While acting as project manager for several multi-billion dollar projects on both sides of the globe, Bill continued to develop his real estate sales skills, while working with Rich Port Realtors located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Bill is a strong closer and an active real estate investor, having owned several 4-flats, 6 and 12-unit buildings and several downtown commercial storefronts. Ever the entrepreneur, White has owned and operated the historic Kasey's Tavern on Printers' Row for 20+ years. When Bill is not negotiating a better price for a client or cold calling FSBO's, he can be found riding one of his polo ponies on the grass fields at the Barrington Polo Club or buzzing around Chicago on his Harley.

Additionally, White has found time to obtain a jet helicopter pilot rating and has flown traffic reporting and gas pipe survey routes around the Chicagoland area. Always the one seeking the challenge, Bill has spent several springs returning large sailboats from the Baja of Mexico to Newport Beach, California. He currently resides in the historic Prairie District of Chicago.

Profile of Success

Diane joins Prudential SourceOne Realty with over 11 years of real estate marketing experience, having worked for two other large firms in the Chicago market area, one Prudential affiliate office and Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate. She has given Prudential SourceOne Realty a new, fresh consumer-oriented image that has set a warm, friendly tone for the company, sales associates and staff.

At Prudential, Diane served as the Director of Marketing, overseeing their annual marketing budgets and managing the graphic artist and PR staff. In a Creative Director role, she gave the company materials a much-needed overhaul that would serve to better brand the real estate firm in the marketplace and make it more publicly known that Prudential wasn't just a quality provider of life insurance and financial planning services, but a full service source for real estate in the Chicago metropolitan area.

At Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate, Diane managed an in-house advertising staff of eight. Her role there included monitoring property inventory, allocating ad expenditures and training for new real estate sales associates on advertising/marketing tools and techniques. Standards were especially high, having been the exclusive and local affiliate for Sotheby's International Realty at that time. She was involved in the launch of the campaign for the new construction high-rise development project, Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago and worked on many of the development's image files, to optimize them for press in advertising, and wide array of collateral materials. She was also involved in special projects for public relations needs for the Trump ground breaking ceremony and ongoing exclusive sales events.

Diane has served on the Marketing Advisory Board for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 2006 and 2007. This Board is comprised of influential real estate marketing veterans within the U.S. and Canadian Prudential network. She is a participant in the Prudential Ad Focus Group which meets twice a year to plan marketing strategies for Prudential's affiliates nationwide.

Diane was born in Evanston and has lived in Chicago and suburbs most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management and has since completed additional training in a myriad of computer design applications, typography, color theory and pre-press production at two well-known Chicago design schools.

Over the past 24 years, Dave has proven to be one of the areas’ leading REALTORS®. Serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors for the local REALTOR® Association, he was involved in the Ethics, Professional Standards and Equal Opportunities Committees. He has served as Editor of the South Suburban Board of REALTORS® Newsletter and has taken on speaker and panelist roles for a national real estate convention. His innovative approach and creativity have helped him to gain a multitude of sales recognition awards and accolades.

Dave was also honored as being in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the United States and Canada with two national real estate organizations. Dave has held an Illinois appraisal license and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).

Dave Lulich brings superior experience and energy to the Prudential family.
